Bolt-on frame bags are pretty sweet. They’re secure, reduce frame rub and wear, and offer a clean mounting aesthetic for your bags. Bolting on those bags just got a bit easier with the new Rogue Panda Frame Bag Thumb Screw and Washer set ($3.50 each), just announced today. John’s been using them for a month on his Cotic FlareMax, and they’ve remained tight and rattle-free. Let’s check them out…

Rockgeist is Back in Production Including Waterproof Welded Bags
Asheville, North Carolina-based Rockgeist is back to full-on production after Hurricane Helene flooded its production house. That includes the brand’s waterproof line of bike camping and bikepacking bags. Microwave Panniers, Mr. Fusion Seat Packs, Meanwhile Basket Bags, yes, even the beloved 52 Hz Frame Bags are back in production. If you don’t require waterproof bags, then check out their offerings of custom sewn framebags.
The brand could really use a bump in sales to offset the loss from Helene’s damage, so if you’ve been curious about their offerings, now would be a great time to show some love and buy a new bag.

Upgrade Your Rogue Panda Ripsey Saddle Pack from V1 to V2
If you bought Rogue Panda’s V1 Ripsey and would like to upgrade to the Ripsey V2 seatpost clamp hardware, the Flagstaff-based bag makers want to offer you an upgrade to the new V2 standard. The Pandas really appreciate all of their V1 customers, and are offering this upgrade kit as a below-cost item, so you can upgrade your seat bag without breaking the bank. This upgrade costs $30.
Just like the V2 Ripsey, the retrofit kit comes with shims to fit 25mm and 26mm dropper post stanchions (that covers every 30.9 and 31.6mm dropper post, plus some 34.9), as well as 27.2mm rigid posts. Additional shims are available for all other dropper post sizes and most rigid posts.
P.S. Rogue Panda knows some customers are happy to pay full price and support them, and if that’s you, they recommend adding some Panda Merch to your order instead. They’ve got a pretty full line-up of socks, gloves, shirts – plus new hoodies and hats!
Note: This retrofit kit is being sold below cost and is for existing Ripsey V1 customers only. If Rogue Panda suspects abuse (i.e. using it for another seat bag or your own design) they will cancel your order and mail you bamboo scraps instead.

Farther Bag Co Psychic Medium is Back
Memphis, Tennessee-based Farther Bag Co just announced the return of the Psychic Medium ($120) handlebar bag.
